I would like to write to express my appreciation to Restoration Specialty Cleaners for the wonderful job they did on my dry cleaning this year. We had a very large job which included some Victorian, vintage and one of a kind items. Every item was handled with extreme care and came back in perfect condition.

One vintage 1960's Christian Dior suit jacket came back in better condition-looking like new. I thought this particular item had been ruined by a previous dry cleaners but couldn't part with it even though it was not wearable. I was so pleased to see how it looked after Sondra cleaned it. It's color is deep black again and the feel of the fabric is now soft and wearable.

We did experience an issue with how a couple panels of Lace Curtains turned out, but Sondra contacted the manufacturer herself to remedy the issue. I never expected her to go to such lengths, but she did not stop working on the issue until we were completely satisfied with the result. Another antique item, a delicate hundred year old Victorian beaded lace evening cap came back perfectly. Not a bead is missing.

Not only are her cleaning services well worth the price she charges, she is so pleasant and easy to deal with. This is a big plus when you are dealing with other home repair issues, contractors, insurance companies etc. I would gladly recommend this business to anyone.

I would like to express what a wonderful job Sondra Light of Restoration Specialty Cleaners did on my clothing. They were prompt at picking the clothes up and returning my 911 clothes to me. I would also like to express the professional job that they did on the rest of my clothes. They were neatly hung, starched and ironed and folded. Shoes and socks were seperated, wrapped and in seperate boxes. There was absolutely no smell of smoke on my clothes and I would recommend for any job that you may have for them in the future.

Recently the Spa I own in Keller had an electrical fire in which ultimately the fire extinguisher had to be used. As a result everything had to be stripped and cleaned. Restoration Specialty Cleaners came in to help us quickly recoup as well as Mrs. Light. Upon the return of all our linens I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work as well as the care and concern of not myself and my business. Restoration Speciatly Cleaners was called to my home to help in the clean up of the smoke damage caused by fire. They responded in a timely manner and were very professional in handling my clothing and household items. The time that was spend to make sure I was satisfied with all they did for me did not go unnoticed. It seems in the business world all to often the human elements is left out and we all are made to feel as if we are just another job, this was not true of Restoration Speciatly Cleaners.
